These full-block ear plugs have no sound filters, instead employing simple and effective solid stems to block out as much noise as possible. The EP10 is an excellent choice for protecting your hearing in situations in which you do not need to be able to hear voices or other noises around you. What truly sets SureFire Sonic Defenders® apart is the way these unique ear plugs fit the ear. The distinctive shape of the SureFire EP10 is a result of SureFire's patented EarLock® retention rings. These flexible rings each have seven grab points which "lock" the ear plug in place comfortably, securely, and with low pressure on each point. EP10 ear plugs are comfortable, easy to fit properly, and they seriously stay put and won't fall out. Available in three sizes (medium fits most). This one-of-a-kind design makes for a low-profile fit that is nearly flush with the ear. That means the EP-10 can be used under a helmet, under a set of ear muffs, or while using a cell phone (though with the full-block EP10 plugs in, you'd be hard pressed to hear the person talking on the other end of the line).
