The ear plugs are corded with a generous 23 inch cord that lets you keep them hanging around your neck between uses so they are kept clean and readily at hand. The NRR 25 is ideal for most shooting applications, providing adequate protection for most outdoor shooting. For indoor use, and for large caliber shooting, dual protection is advised, that is adding ear muffs over the plugs.
